Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for international trade and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team in Fountaindale. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-tech product delivery and international trade. This role will provide customer service support to the Digital Mine business for a range of electronic products.

• Start: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $44.28 – $47.44 per hour depending on experience.
• Location: Fountaindale NSW
• Hours: 38-hour week, flexible start/finish times between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Opportunity: Initial casual contract engagement with a temp-to-perm potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Liaison: Provide excellent customer service support to the Digital Mine business for a range of electronic products including but not limited to Collision Awareness systems, AI cameras and underground productivity solutions.
• Order Management: Process domestic and international customer orders in ERP/Oracle to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Logistics & Export: Determine and book international transportation (Ocean/Air) while ensuring all documentation complies with international trade legislation.
• Financial Support: Assist with milestone billings, service level agreements, and support the finance team with revenue targets.
• Communication: Provide ongoing communication regarding order status and estimated delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Operate within a local team, managing a shared inbox and providing cross-functional support to sales and engineering.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience: At least 2–5 years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role and a great customer service mentality.
• Technical Savvy: High level of competency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP is highly desired).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Industry experience: Electronics or Mining Industry experience is an advantage
• Trade Knowledge: Understanding of import/export transactions and international trade requirements is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong mathematical skills
• Logistics: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle due to limited public transport in Fountaindale.
• Work Rights: Applicants must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
